Alban Eiler before sunrise, and all through the house.....
..creatures were either still kipping, or yelling at me to bugger off...
..but I'm an early riser by temperament. The morning was really chilly for a change and my feet froze as I went out to greet the sun..
Pretty soon, after a cup or two of coffee and a bite to eat, I lit the charcoal and burnt incense prepared for today, and wandered off outside.
Tonight I'll cast a circle.
It's a fine day today. Wind has blown clean.
ReplyDeletepeace and love
I'm an early riser also, I can't stand incense, it stinks. A friend smokes it when he is smoking pot, I don't see the point when pot smells a hell of a lot better.
ReplyDeleteThe weather is still holding well here, getting some much needed things done outside when I'm not screwing around on the computer.
On the other hand maybe you burn it to hide the pot smell, ha, ha, ha.
ReplyDelete"Tonight I'll cast a circle."
ReplyDeleteWhat you had better do is circle the wagons.
Billy, you haven't smelled my hand made incense.
ReplyDeleteI grind all the resins, herbs and oils together for particular purposes and burn the powder on a little charcoal briquette. It smells divine - none of this mass-produced nonsense, thank you!
I have nothing against weed- only people who try to carry ontheir mundane lives under its influence. They are fools.
Myself, I can't smoke it.
Casting a cirle is a way of circling the magickal wagons, if you like. It's a space between the worlds.
Love,
Terri in Joburg

ReplyDeleteWhatever, I have better things to do with my time. Like getting set up for harder times.
